The Baboon Sanctuary

Located in the village of Bermudian Landing the Baboon Sanctuary is some 25 miles north east of Belize City. The Sanctuary is a community collaboration between local landowners and conservationists. Land was put aside to ensure the local population of Howler Monleys (aka Baboons in Belize) had a continuous route to travel throuhgout their natural feeding grounds. Witness these creatures roam their natural habitat on a guided trek through the forest trails.
