Barrier Reef Diving

The Belize Barrier Reef is minutes away from Belize City. There are five islands that sit atop the Barrier Reef where we dive and these islands are named Paunch Caye, Sergeants Caye, Goff's Caye, English Caye, and Rendezvous Caye. In some areas the reef is composed of the spur and groove formation that makes diving in Belize unique, and in some areas the drop-off is solid. Average depth along the top of the drop-off in most places is 30’-45'. The Barrier Reef dive tour is a two-tank dive and includes tanks, weights, Mask, Fins and water. Gear rental are available Between dives we can motor to one of the islands where we can relax and do some beach combing, Computers are welcomed and the average bottom time is approximately 55 minutes.

Barrier Reef Snorkling

Departing from Belize City, it's a 25 minute boat ride out to the Barrier Reef. The white coral sands of the islets that surround the area are beautiful. The warm iridescent waters of the Caribbean couldn't be a better medium to view the amazing coral formations and abundant, colorful marine life. A great day out with a picnic lunch beneath a palm tree, or if time is limited a good half day activity.
